Effective date: August 27, 2026  ·  Last updated: August 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TattvaByte Gaming (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile application Baccarat: Classic Card Game (the “App”). The App is a casual, entertainment-only card game. It is intended for adults only (18 years of age or older) and can be played offline. The virtual coins in the App have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be exchanged for money or real-world prizes.

The short version

1. No account required

You do not need to register, sign in, or provide your name or email address to download or play the App. We do not create user profiles and do not ask you to submit personal details in order to use the game.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you choose to provide

If you contact us for support by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to and resolve your request.

2.2 Information collected automatically through third-party SDKs

The App integrates the following software development kits (SDKs), which collect certain information automatically when you use the App:

SDK / ProviderData collectedPurpose
Firebase Analytics
(Google)
App interaction and usage events, session information, App version, device model, operating system version, device language, coarse country/region inferred from IP address, and pseudonymous identifiers (such as the Firebase installation ID and app instance ID). The IP address is used transiently to infer coarse location and is not stored by us in a form that identifies you. To understand how the game is used in aggregate, measure feature engagement, and diagnose crashes and technical problems.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
(Google)
A device registration token (push token) and basic delivery information. To deliver push notifications to your device. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Adjust
(Adjust GmbH)
Install and session events, a limited set of in-app events, technical and device information (device type, operating system version, IP address), and advertising or device identifiers such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID) and/or App Set ID. To measure which channels and campaigns lead to App installs (attribution) and to produce basic, aggregated usage analytics.

2.3 Advertising identifier

The App itself does not display advertising. Where an advertising identifier is accessed, it is used only by Adjust for install attribution and measurement. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of ads personalization, in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads).

2.4 Information we do not collect

We do not collect your real name, precise or GPS location, contacts, photos, files, calendar, microphone or camera data, SMS or call logs, biometric data, or any payment or financial information.

Our service providers may process and store data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

9.1 EEA / UK

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data; to object to processing; to data portability; and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

9.2 California

Subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, and shared; to request deletion or correction; and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
